Governor Lincle Releases $300,000 for Improvements to Kalihi Valley Homes Public Housing

HONOLULU – Governor Linda Lingle has released $300,000 for phase three of improvements at Kalihi Valley Homes, a federal public housing community managed by the Hawai‘i Public Housing Authority.
