LĪHU’E – April 22, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) –– County officials today announced that its annual auction on foreclosed real property is scheduled on Thursday, May 16.
The auction will be held at the Līhu’e Civic Center, Mo‘ikeha Building, Room 2A/B, starting at 9 a.m.
Parcels offered will be sold to the highest bidder. Payment must be made to the Director of Finance via cash, money order, or cashier’s, certified, or traveler’s check.

The auction is being conducted pursuant to the provisions of Section 5A-5.1 through 5A-5.9, Kaua‘i County Code 1987, as amended, and subject to the provisions of Section 246-55 through 246-63, inclusive, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended.
