HONOLULU- The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA-Hawaii) will present the 52nd Annual BIA Parade of Homes during the Open House Weekends of October 11-12 and October 18-19, 2008. This premier statewide showcase of new homes in Hawaii will educate consumers on the latest trends, technology and design innovations in residential construction. The 2008 BIA Parade of Homes theme is “Discover the Home of Your Dreams” and the extended final deadline for all entries is July 25, 2008.
Developers and contractors may enter single-family and multi-family homes, town homes, high rises, units in vacation ownership projects and conversions. Developers that have already entered the 2008 BIA Parade of Homes include Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. Nohona at Kapolei Plan Three; D.R. Horton, Schuler Division Kahiwelo at Makakilo ‘Eiwa, Opukea at Lahaina Model A and Pualani Estates at Kona Pikake; Gentry Homes, Ltd.
