New “Awards in Construction Excellence” honors BIA Renaissance and Parade of Homes

HONOLULU – (RealEstateRama) — The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA-Hawaii) will present a new level of recognition with the premier of the “BIA Awards in Construction Excellence,” (ACE) featuring the winners of the 31st Annual BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards and 58th Annual Parade of Homes Awards. The new “ACE Gala” dinner will be held at The Modern Honolulu on October 5, 2016. These premier statewide competitions are open to all residential and commercial projects that have not been previously entered in a BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling or Parade of Homes Awards competition.

The entry deadline is June 24, 2016 and details are available at www.biahawaii.org

The BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards include all residential and commercial projects, either new construction or remodeled, and welcomes contractors, developers, architects, designers, kitchen and bath designers. Entry categories include Residential Remodeling, ADU-Residential Remodeling, Commercial Remodeling, New Residential, New Commercial, Public Works, Landscape, Outdoor Living, Details, Hawaii BuiltGreen™, Historical and Kitchen & Bath.

The BIA Parade of Homes categories includes Single & Multi Family, Community Amenity, Senior Living, Time Share and Custom Homes Divisions.
